Be The Change Initiative

The “Be The Change” Initiative is an initiative created by Mr. Blackburn to promote racial diversity within law enforcement, in an attempt to rid inherent racial bias from police departments and help departments reflect the racial makeup of the community. By doing so, racism within the department could be eliminated and inflammatory incidents can be reduced.
